(the "Debtor") has filed an adversary proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Gary Alan Frank ("Frank") and 101 Walnut Street Associates, LP ("101 Walnut"), a limited partnership Frank owns and controls. The caption of the case is The Legal Coverage Group Ltd v. Gary Alan Frank, and101 Walnut Associates, LP, Adversary Action No. 18-00070 (JFK) (the "Adversary Proceeding"), and it arises in and relates to the bankruptcy case captioned In re: The Legal Coverage Group Ltd., Case No. 18-10494(JKF).

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (the "Agency") will hold a public hearing at a meeting on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at its offices at 637 South Clinton Avenue, Trenton, New Jersey 08611 to discuss the issuances of one or more series of tax-exempt single-family housing revenue bonds ("Bonds"), the proceeds of which will be used to retire and refund certain tax-exempt single-family bonds of the Agency and to provide money to finance mortgage loans for the purchase of owner-occupied residences throughout the State of New Jersey. The issuance of the Bonds is expected to (i) finance various Agency programs and mortgage loans, the acquisition of which may include in certain cases loans for downpayment and/or closing costs, refinancing-rehabilitation, and purchase-rehabilitation and ownership of single-family owner-occupied residences of eligible persons and families in accordance with the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency Law, N.J.S.A. 55:14K1 et seq., and applicable federal tax law; (ii) finance reserve funds and costs of issuance related to the Bonds; and (iii) refund certain tax-exempt single-family bonds.
Bond size: Aggregate face amount not to exceed $455,000,000.
Statutory Authority: N.J.S.A. 55:14K-1 et seq.
Interested persons wishing to express their views, both orally or in writing, on the issuance of such Bonds will be given an opportunity to do so at the public hearing. It would be preferable but not mandatory if anyone who would like to be heard would submit a written request or submit their written comments to Jordan Moskowitz, Director of Single Family Programs, at the Agency, at P.O. Box 18550, Trenton, New Jersey 08650-2085, or by e-mail to JMoskowitz@njhmfa.gov at least 24 hours in advance of the hearing.
This notice is published in accordance with, and the public hearing will be held by and on behalf of the Agency as the issuer of the Bonds as required by, Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Office of Capital Programs at the School Administration Building located at 440 North Broad St., 3rd Floor, Suite 371, Office of Capital Programs, Philadelphia, PA 19130-4015, until 2:00 P.M., on Tuesday, May 8, 2018. A non-refundable fee for each set of bid documents is as scheduled.
