The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) Announces for Public Review: Draft Access to Records Policy DVRPC will open a 45+ day public comment period on April 4, 2018 for proposed changes to DVRPC's Public Participation Plan -- specifically changes to Appendix B: Draft Access to Records Policy. For more information about the Public Participation Plan and this public comment period, please see https://www.dvrpc.org/getinvolved/. The draft Access to Records Policy (https://dvrpc.org/GetInvolved/1611_DRAFT_RecordsPolicy_4-4-2018.pdf) is intended to clarify existing practices of DVRPC regarding public access to DVRPC records and to assist staff in disclosing Commission records to the public. This policy is intended to balance the benefits of general public access to Commission records with other considerations of privacy, confidentiality, informed decision-making, and security. The draft Access to Records Policy is available on DVRPC's website: https://dvrpc.org/GetInvolved/1611_DRAFT_RecordsPolicy_4-4-2018.pdf.
